Difference "Integration" - "Inclusion" | Integration integrates excluded people. They are supposed to belong, but are still referred to as "disabled people*" or "foreigners*. Inclusion means: A society sees itself as fundamentally diverse and each*r makes a contribution according to its abilities. Nobody is excluded because of his or her "otherness".
Inclusion in your company: Offer an internship! | Is inclusion new territory in your company? Try and offer an internship or an apprenticeship to a young person with a disability. For the young people that Oeko Service GmbH arranges, the areas of cleaning, caretaking, gardening, bicycle mechanics and KV (administration/secretariat) come into question. If necessary, the job coach at Oeko Service GmbH offers free support during the internship or apprenticeship.
